2010 Ona Little League Baseball and Softball Signups

Ona Little League Baseball and Softball signups continue this week at Ona Elementary School in the AR room. Signups are Thursday the 25th and Friday the 26th, from 6pm until 8 pm. Please bring your childs birth certificate, and 3 or more proofs of residency (Driver’s License, Voter’s Registration, School records, Welfare/child care records, Federal records, State records, Local (municipal) records, Support payment records, Homeowner or tenant records, Utility bills (i.e., gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal), Financial (loan, credit, investments, etc.) records, Insurance documents, Medical records, Military records, Internet, cable or satellite records, Vehicle records, or Employment records).
The fee is $40 for one child, $65 for two children and $80 for three children.
